Every apartment is about 50m2 ( about 538ft2 ), with 1 kitchen/living room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom; there is also a large all-around balcony for each apartment, opening on the residence large garden or on the beautiful roman countryside.

The living room has:

• A modern kitchen with electrical cooker, microwave oven, refrigerator, cupboards and cutlery & crockery, enabling You to prepare Your favourite recipes.
• A practical “wenghè” folding table for up to 6 people, and 6 colourful folding chairs.
• A large “wenghè” cupboard with white lacquered panels, essential to keep Your personal belongings nice, tidy and handy.
• A large, comfortable sofa bed, from where You can watch Your favourite national and international TV programmes, thanks to our satellite TV connection, available as standard in all of our apartments.

The bedroom has:

• A comfortable double bed, in a cream colour.
• A large three-drawer chest and two bedside tables.
• A small armchair.
• A large, very refined mirror. A large wardrobe, to keep Your clothes nice and tidy, is available in the ante-room.

The bathroom is cozy and equipped with a hairdryer and a large shower.
A safe and an armoured-plated door have been installed in each of our apartments, for the safety of our Guests. To show how much we care for the comfort of our Guests, we have equipped every apartments with two independent air conditioning systems. Particular attention has also been given to minor details of interior design, such as suggestive pictures of Rome and its monuments.
