A pleasant 5-minute stroll will take you to St. Mark's Square and to all of the city's major tourist sites and attractions. Because of its convenient location, the Residence Corte Nova is also an ideal starting point to reach the Biennale di Venezia fairgrounds.

Within close proximity of the residence you will find an array of typical Venetian crafts shops, as well as one of the few supermarkets in Venice. Jogging enthusiasts can enjoy a unique jogging trail from the Residence Corte Nova, along the Riva degli Schiavoni waterfront till the splendid gardens of S.Elena, an oasis of peace and tranquility.

suite double The Residence Corte Nova features 10 apartments spread over three floors, and you can choose between Classic, Superior and Suite apartments. All accommodations have been thoughtfully designed to ensure guests a wonderful and relaxing stay in Venice.

The refined furnishings, the attention to details, the luxurious finishings and the paintings on the wall give each apartment an extremely elegant and welcoming feel. Each lodging comes with a private bathroom with hairdryer, full kitchen with all the necessary cooking utensils, color TV, electronic safe, individually controlled air conditioning and heating. The Classic and Superior apartments enjoy views over a nearby private garden or the inner courtyard, while the Suite apartment boasts a panoramic terrace overlooking a typical Venetian canal.

By car
Guests can leave their car in one of the covered parking areas (subject to charges) in Piazzale Roma or on Tronchetto Island. From there, you can reach the residence either by private water taxi or by vaporetto (public water bus): take line 1 or 82 till the Zaccaria stop, or take line 52 and get off at the Celestia stop; the residence is only a short walk away.

By train
From the Santa Lucia railway station you can reach the hotel either by private water taxi or by vaporetto (public water bus): take line 1 or 82 till the Zaccaria stop, or take line 52 and get off at the Celestia stop; the residence is only a short walk away.

By airplane
From Venice Marco Polo airport the hotel is best reached by private water taxi. Alternatively, you can take the ATVO shuttle bus till Piazzale Roma and then follow the above indications.
