If travelling by plane, please call once you have collected your luggage. At the time agreed on the phone a member of our staff will be waiting for you at the entrance to the apartment. This time must be at least 30-45 minutes after the call to give our staff enough time to travel to the apartment. The sum of the deposit, cleaning fee (and late check-in fee if applicable), plus the remaining balance of the booking, must be paid IN CASH upon check-in in order to receive the keys to the apartment.
Your booking will be confirmed following the online prepayment of 25% of the total booking price. The remaining 75% must be paid in cash at check-in.
Refundable deposit: €200,00 (will be refunded on departure subject to no damage)
Cleaning fee: €40,00.
Taxes and bed linen included.
Late check-in costs €30,00.

STORNOBEDINGUNGEN
Under no circumstances shall All Seasons Rent Apartments repay the 25% prepayment if the booking is cancelled, as this acts as the cancellation charge. If the full rental price is paid in advance, 50% will be repaid if cancellation is made at least 30 days before the check-in date. No reimbursement will be made otherwise, including in cases of force majeure. Cleaning fee: €40/Check-in: 3pm to 8pm, possible until 2am with additional €30 charge/Deposit: €200-returned if no damage
