The farmholiday is in Chianti Rufina land 23 km from Firenze. It is in hill position with a wonderful view on olive growe and wineyards. The farmhouse is runed by the yung family and here you find the proudouction of extra vergin tuscan oil and red wine, everythingh with biological method.
The hosting is in 3 small apartaments , each furnished with the antic tuscan taste. Here you breath really the magical tuscan atmosfera!!!!
Optimum to visit all the tuscan cities because Podere il Poggiolo is just half hour from Firenze centre and 1 hour from Siena and Arezzo....

    By car
    Exit the A1 highway at the FIRENZE SUD tollgate and follow the directions for PONTASSIEVE-BAGNO A RIPOLI to leave the highway turn-off.Follow the directions for Pontassieve. Once you have reached the village, take the road toward FORLÌ up to RUFINA, drive through the village up to the chemist’s shop and turn left. After 200 metres you reach Montebonello passing the bridge over the Sieve River. In Piazza Pertini turn right, then take the first road to the left and the next to the right. This is the road that leads to the village of ACONE. After 2.5 Km take the small road to the left. After 600 metres you will find the parking area of the holiday farm.Coming from the North on the A1 highway, you can exit at BARBERINO. Having left the highway, you have to drive for about 35 Km following the directions for BORGO S. LORENZO-PONTASSIEVE until you reach the village of RUFINA. In the village centre, at the cross-roads where there is the only chemist’s shop of the place, turn right and drive on till MONTEBONELLO. At this point follow the directions given above. Coming from the South on the A1 highway, you can also exit at the INCISA tollgate. After the tollgate turn right and drive on the SS 69 road for 18 Km up to Pontassieve, after which follow the directions given above.


    By train
    The closest railway station is in Rufina (4 Km from the holiday farm), with good connections with the FLORENCE Santa Maria Novella station.
    The train may in fact be a good alternative to the car for visiting Florence.


    By airplane
    The farmholiday is located in the open country, therefore if you decide to come by plane or train you will need to rent a car to reach the farm and go sightseeing. The closest airport is in Florence (called Amerigo Vespucci) and is connected with the main European airports.
