Bei unserer Ankunft waren wir, trotz vorheriger Reservierung und Reservierungsbestätigung, nicht angemeldet. Das einchecken dauerte dementsprechend lange. Das Personal an der Rezeption machte einen etwas unprofessionellen Eindruck. Uns wurde ein Zimmer zugewiesen das, wie sich bei unserem eintreten herausstellte, schon belegt war. Eine doch etwas unangenehme Situation. Beim Essen im Hotelrestaurant erlebten wir die nächste unangenehme Überraschung. Es wurden Speisen an den Tisch gebracht welche von uns nicht bestellt waren. Steaks waren kalt und mußten noch einmal zurück in die Küche gebracht werden.Eine Servicekraft in einem Hotel das Internationale Gäste aufnimmt, sollte zumindest über ausreichend Fremdsprachenkenntnis,min. Englisch, verfügen.Sonst gab es an der Austattung des Hotels nichts zu bemängeln.Wir waren trotz der kleinen unannehmlichkeiten mit den Leistungen des Hotels zufrieden.

Via the A22 Brennero-Modena motorway, take the Trento Centro exit. At the first roundabout, after the tool booth, take the first exit, proceeding on SS12 road and follow the Rovereto direction. Then exit at Trento Sud. The hotel Sporting Trento is about 328 feet/100 metres ahead.
